A RUME with a single strata.

We recommend using the static method SingleStrataRUME.build instead of the normal class constructor, as it is more convenient.

SingleStrataRUME is a frozen dataclass.

SingleStrataRUME is generic on the type of GeoScope used to construct the RUME (GeoScopeT_co).
